WHEREAS, LEONARDO DESCALLAR AND REMEDIOS DESCALLAR, HUSBAND AND WIFE was the original
Trustor, UNION BANK, A CALIFORNIA BANKING CORPORATION the original Trustee, and Community Development
Commission of the City of National City acting in its capacity as the Housing Authority of the City of National City,
the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated June 24,1993 and recorded on July 6,1993 as Instrument No.
1993-0431220 Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes the Community Development Commission of the
City of National City as Trustee under said Deed of Trust and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
