Top Parking structure grille was run into by vehicle. We propose to remove and haul the damaged (1) 12'x
13'-2" R&S Manufacturing rolling grille. Furnish and install (1) 12'x 13'-2" R&S Manufacturing replacement
rolling grille curtain with bottom bar assembled, Mill -finished aluminum rods and bottom bar. Lead Time for
this curtain size is 2-weeks. Prevailing wage included.
NOTES:
If the opening is not ready upon arrival, we will have to charge for down time at the rate
of $145.00 per hour.
Installation to be during normal weekday working hours.
Industry standard 30-day repair warranty is included.
This estimate is based on our initial inspection and does not include the repair
cost of any hidden damage that may be discovered after work has started.
We will hook up the existing operator, but will assume no responsibility for its proper
performance, nor will the door be warranted if damage is due to operator malfunction.
