Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: The city diiected the contractor to install additional chain link fence on the existing concrete wing walls adjacent to the project headwall fence. March 21, 2016 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor shall install approximately 21' of additional chain link fence at the wing walls originally not called for on the plans. Due to the angle of the headwalls and fence additional labor was needed. Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: The city directed the contractor to re-route the sidewalk around an existing City of San Diego vault with grade elevations conflicts to the new city sidewalk being installed. March 21, 2016 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor shall route the city sidewalk as directed around the existing vault per the attached drawing. The value for the sidewalk was paid under the contract unit price, however, due to a delayed response by the City of San Diego the contractor incurred additional costs and is now being compensated for those cost. This change order includes all additional labor costs and will be paid in addition to the contract unit cost for sidewalk. The city directed the contractor to hydro -seed the disturbed areas on the plans noted within the grading limits, an additional slope repair location and misc. locations for a total of 45,000 sf of disturbed area. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor shall hydro -seed as directed the area located behind the new city sidewalk labeled grading limits (8,500 sf), the slope behind the new sidewalk at the slope repair (1,500 sf), and approximately 20,000 sf of additional misc. area. The contractor is responsible to hydro -seed at his expense an additional 15,000 sf of area disturbed during his grading operation on the site. This change order includes all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete all work described above and as detailed in the attached exhibit.
