Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
To replace old and corroded wiring and meet new electrical codes needs at El Toyon's newly constructed
Sand Pit Restrooms building.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The contractor has been directed to purchase and install as needed new #8 CU stranded wire, #4 stranded
wire, and two (2) 70A, 250V bolt on circuit breakers to meet electrical needs at El Toyon Park's Sand Pit
restroom.

To increase erosion control and pedestrian safety near the field at El Toyon Park by installing a concrete curb
at the toe of the slope.

The contractor has been directed to add 425 LF of 8" G-1 curb. This work includes removal of existing
asphalt and disposal as needed, grade, installation of new curb, patch back of asphalt trench and backfill curb
and grade as needed.

Install multiple receptacle outlets in the utility rooms of the newly constructed Restrooms and Team Room
facility as requested by city staff. Electrical outlets were not called for on the original plans.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract
The contractor has been directed to purchase, install additional conduit, breakers and connect multiple single
and double electrical outlets within the utility rooms at the two Kimball Park and El Toyon restrooms, and
multiple outlets within the Team Room facility as directed by city park staff during a field walk through.
