Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
Repair irrigation wires and install additional controller needed for Paradise Creek landscape.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The contractor has been directed to test and tone existingirrigation valve wires found on the Paradise Creek
project and tie those wires into the existing system wires aliowi g them to function with the newly installed
irriagation system at Paradise Creek. The contractor will also install a used irrigation controller supplied by the
city to facilitate the additional valves. The additional work was tracked on a T&M basis.

negotiated its price, terms and conditions. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and
labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the
price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor,
supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions
of the original contract do are incorporated herein. (2 originals: 1 for City Clerk, 1 for Contractor)

The contractor has been directed to propoerly handle and dispose of additional asbestos pipe found during
the excavation of the large basin. This work shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to
complete the disposal described above for the lump sum price agreed.
