Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: Repair irrigation wires and install additional controller needed for Paradise Creek landscape. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor has been directed to test and tone existingirrigation valve wires found on the Paradise Creek project and tie those wires into the existing system wires aliowi g them to function with the newly installed irriagation system at Paradise Creek. The contractor will also install a used irrigation controller supplied by the city to facilitate the additional valves. The additional work was tracked on a T&M basis. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. CHANGE ORDER NO. 16 February 17, 2017 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor has been directed to propoerly handle and dispose of additional asbestos pipe found during the excavation of the large basin. This work shall include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the disposal described above for the lump sum price agreed.
