CAL{FIRMANik____,TIONAL OTT CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 September 18, 2017 Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: After additional assesment of the current wayfinding signage project, the planner suggested that a few supplemental signs should be added. These signs will be added as a part of the wayfinding program currently under construction. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall proceed with the installation of the five (5) directional signage in National City as shown in exhibit A. Additional (14) days will need to be added in order to complete the fabrication and installation of these signs. The agreed upon price for all cost associated with the additional working days is $10,474.62. Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: During the shop visit with the architect and designer, it was determined that the method for the lettering on the neighborhood gateway signs shall be modified from plant on letters to push through letters. CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 September 18, 2017 The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall proceed with the modification for fabricating the neighborhood gateway signs. The contractor shall install the letterings of the signs using a push through method instead of a plant on method as directed by the designer and the architect. The Contractor has requested for new calculations to accommodate for the new install. Three directional pole mounted signs located in the Marina district area required a change in their installation method. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall install the three (3) directional signs located in Marina district with the foundation modifications as approved by the engineer/architect. A neighborhood gateway sign located at the South Westem sector of the Bay Marina Dr. and Manna Way intersection needed to be shifted as requested by the Pier 32 owner. This shift is to avoid blocking the Pier 32 sign currently placed in the same area. Due to this shift of location, the Contractor required an additional day of work for installing the sign.
