Reason/Purpose for this Change Order: Two (2) interpretive panels proposed to be installed at the MTS trolley station located at 8th Street and 24th Street will not be installed by the contractor due to additional logistical and permitting processes. The City Engineer directed that the contractor will instead provide the hardware and sign panels to National City staff and crew who will then install the two signs at the stated locations.
