OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY FOR A SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT WITHIN PHASE II OF THE PARADISE CREEK
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
(APN 560-391-11 AND 560-206-08)
WHEREAS, the City of National City has abandoned the sewer line that
traverses land owned by the Community Development Commission -Housing Authority of the
City of National City located at Phase II of the new Paradise Creek Apartments (APN 560-391-
11 and 560-206-08); and
WHEREAS, the sewer lines within the easement have been capped and no
longer service any appurtenant properties; and
WHEREAS, to accommodate the construction of Phase II of the new Paradise
Creek Apartments, the Community Development Commission -Housing Authority of the City of
National City requests that the City relinquish said sewer easement by executing a quitclaim
deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of National City hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed granting its sanitary sewer easement to the
Community Development Commission -Housing Authority of the City of National City to
accommodate the construction of Phase II of the new Paradise Creek Apartments (APN 560-
391-11 and 560-206-08).
