SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, Florentino Arguello, Julieta Arguello, and Abundio Delgado, was the original Trustor, the Sonoma
Conveyance Corporation, the original Trustee, and the Community Development Commission of the City of National
City, the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated November 17, 1997 and recorded on November 24, 1997 as
Instrument No. 1997-0594183 Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows:
VVHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and
