Reason/Purpose for this Change Order:
The back edge of sidewalk on the South side of E. Plaza Blvd. has an adjacent large tree with the potential
to cause root damage to the new improvements. In order to minimize future damage, a deepened curb is to
be placed.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall proceed with the forming and placing of the
deepened curb on the South End sidewalk.

On 8th and National City Blvd there is a section of sidewalk that is patched with asphalt and not uniform with
the existing adjacent sidewalk panels and brick band.
The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract:
