Plaza Blvd. has an adjacent large tree with the potential to cause root damage to the new improvements. In order to minimize future damage, a deepened curb is to be placed. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall proceed with the forming and placing of the deepened curb on the South End sidewalk.
