Time adjustment: Fifty-seven (57) working days are added to contract time due to unforeseen delays for the delivery of traffic signal materials and equipment. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the original contract documents are incorporated herein. Supporting Information: Additional working days were required to bring the project to completion due to unforeseen delays for the delivery of the signal standards and mast arms. One of three signal equipment manufacturers went bankrupt resulting in production delays from the remain two manufacturers. It has been determined that there was a delay of fifty-seven (57) working days due to this manufacturing disruption. Time Adjustment: It is recommended that 57 working days be added to the contract time. Cost Adjustment: Since the intervening cause was not due to the City's action or inaction there will be no additional costs to the City associated with the addition of these working days.
