SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, Luis F. Contreras and Monica Marcella Contreras -Gonzales, was the original Trustor, the Orange
Coast Title Insurance Company of Southern California, the original Trustee, and the City of National City, a public
body, corporate and politic, the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated February 26, 2017 and recorded on
March 1, 2017 as Instrument No. 2017-0097828 Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California, and more
particularly described as:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED AS "EXHIBIT A" APN: 561-324-05-00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1027 EAST 24TH STREET IN NATIONAL CITY.
WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and
stead of the City of National City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes the City of National City as Trustee under said Deed of
Trust and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legall ntitled thereto, the Estate now held by
it under said Deed of Trust.
