CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 May 21, 2020 Reason/Purpose for- this Change Order: The contractor has been directed to use a beige random stone stamped concrete at the pedestrian passage way median on 1st and Palm. The City of National City and Contractor agree to the following change to the original Contract: The contractor has been directed to substitute the natural grey concrete with a broom finish originally specified for use in the pedestrian passageway median on 1st and Palm with a beige random stone stamped concrete to match other medians throughout the city. All work including, labor, equipment and material will be performed at the lump sum price included below.. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the equipment, materials and tabor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation.
