The City has directed the contractor to remove the existing planter walls as identified in the attached drawing
including all footings, vegetation and dirt within to subgrade in order to facilitate deck placement. All work
has been authorized at the agreed lump sum price listed below.

labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price stated herein. Additionally, Contractor confirms that the
price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor,
supervision, overhead, fees, bonds, insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions

California Commercial Pools will provide the removal of planter beds at pool for the lump sum
of: $23,500.00 (Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars)
Prepesal-Par-amete-rs:
1. Demo Planter Bed, Brick and Footing at West Building Poolside (see markup attached)
California Comm. Pools requires a total ofu working days to complete the activities as noted on the
attached Estimate summary.
No costs are included for any work not included on the attached sheets.
Exclusions:
l . Cost of inspections, permits, fees
2. Design of deck slopes, elevations
3. Re-routing of existing cold -water lines
4. Light Tower removal/repair
5. Asbestos abatementlremoval
6. Anything other than items written in the proposal
