Procure and install a temporary generator to provide temporary power to panel L for the duration of the
main service switchboard outage.

Per Plan Sheet E-003 the Contractor is to temporarily power panel L from a 200A circuit breaker in
switchboard MSB for the du ration of the replacement of the switchboard EC and ATS. For safety
reasons switchboard MSB will need to be de -energized for approximately 8 hours while the Contractor
removes the existing ATS feeder wire and installs new wire. Panel L will not have power for this
duration. In order to keep Panel L energized the Contractor will need to utilize a temporary generator as
the UPS powering Panel L can only hold the critical load for a short period of time.
Time Adjustment:
Zero (0) additional working days are to be added to the Contract as the additional work did not affect
the critical path of the approved schedule.
Cast Adjustment:
Cost was determined by force account analysis for a total of 4,923.49,

This Change Order modifies Contractor's and the City's obligations and rights under the
abovementioned contract. This change order is not effective until approved by the City.
Time adjustment:
Zero (0) additional working days are to be added to the Contract as the additional work did not affect
the critical path of the approved schedule.
Cost of Change Order:
The City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor shall procure and install a
temporary generator to provide temporary power to panel L for the duration of
the main service switchboard outage. The total amount for all labor, material,
equipment and all other associated work is $4,923.49

By signing this Change Order the Contractor confirms that he,f she is completely familiar with and has fairly
negotiated Its price, terms and conditions. If this Change Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the
equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price
stated herein. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with
the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds,
insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the
original contract documents are incorporated herein. The signer for the Contractor confirms that he/she is
authorized to bind the Contractor to this Change Order.
