Payment for this change order will be at a lump sum price identified. Supporting Information: The kitchen and serving area had missing tiles before the start of the project. This work was not identified on the project plans and was required to be performed by the County Health Inspector before final inspection would be allowed.ICCS was requested by the city to request a price from the contractor to replace the tiles. Time Adjustment: Two additional days were added to the contract time to coordinate and perform the work. Cost Adjustment:, The pay method and amount have been reviewed by ICCS and are considered fair and reasonable.
