Subject: Change Order No. 15
Chan e Order No. 15 provides for
Reconnecting the existing irrigation wires to the newly installed irrigation controller.
Payment for this change order was under force account.
Supporting inform CI don:
As described in change order 'I 1, the irrigation controller needed to be removed and replaced. During
removal, the Contractor identified existing irrigation wires that were connected to the controller but were
not tagged or marked to annotate which irrigation line they were connected to. The Contractor was
directed to proceed with connecting the irrigation lines as per plan which only included connecting the
new irrigation lines. City landscaping originally stated they would trouble shoot and reconnect the old
irrigation wires.
On February 15, 2023 during the punchwalk, the City's Landscaping department redirected the
Contractor to reconnect the existing irrigation wires as well. The Contractor proceeded under force
account and reconnected the irrigation wires that had been previously connected to the pre-existing
irrigation controller.
Time Adjustment:
No additional working days are being provided for this change in the scope of work as it did not affect the
critical path of the approved schedule.
Cost Adjustment:
The additional cost for this change in the scope of work has been agreed upon by force account for a total
of $480.62.
The pay method and amount have been reviewed by the Project Manager and are considered fair and
reasonable. The supporting documentation is on file with the project records.

This Change Order modifies Contractor's and the City's obligations and rights under the abovementioned
contract. This change order is not effective until approved by the City.
Time adl tment:
Zero (0) additional working days are to be added to the Contract.
Cost of Change Order:
The City and the Contractor agreed that the Contractor proceeded under force account with
reconnecting the existing irrigation wires to the new irrigation controller. The additional work included
but was not limited to reconnecting the existing irrigation wires that had been connected to the
pre-
existingirrigation controller. The total amount for all labor, material, equipment and all other
associated work is $480.62.

By signing this Change Order the Cant ctor confi s that he/she is completely familiar with and has fairly
negotiatedprice, its terms and conditions. If this ange Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the
equipment, materials and labornecessary to pr ide a complete work as described above at that the price
stated herein.. Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with
the work, including but not limited to ail equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, ends,
insurance, profit, etc. and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the
original contract documents are incorporated herein. The signer for the Contractor confirms that he/she is
authorized to bind the Contractor to this Change Order.
