Subject: Change Order No. 11
Change Order No. 11 provides for:
Removal and replacement of the irrigation controller and pedestal.
Payment for this change order was under force account.
Supporting Information
On January 4, 2022, while attempting to connect the new irrigation wiring to the existing irrigation
controller as per plan, the Contractor identified issues with the existing irrigation controller as per RFI #27.
The irrigation controller was reporting a "fuse" fault, corroded circuit board, had disconnected wires, a
damaged rain sensor and sat upon a corroded pedestal The Contractor was directed to remove and
replace the irrigation controller and pedestal with an as -equal product and to only connect the new
irrigation lines as per plan.
Time Adjustment:
No additional working days are being provided for this change in the scope of work as it did not affect the
critical path of the approved schedule.
Cost Adjustment:
The additional cost for this change in the scope of work has been agreed upon by force account for a total
of , 7 .5 .
The pay method and amount have been reviewed by the Project Manager and are considered fair and
reasonable. The supporting documentation is on file with the project records.

This Change Order modifies Contractor's and the City's obligations and rights under the abovementioned
contract. This change order is not effective until approved by the City.
Time adiustment:
Zero (0) additional working days are to be added to the Contract.
cost of C hange Order:
The City and the Contractor agreed that the Contractor proceeded under force account with removal
and disposal of the existing irrigation controller and pedestal and installing a new irrigation controller
and pedestal. The additional work included but was not limited toremoving, hauling and disposing of
the existing irrigation controller, raising the foundation of the irrigation controller, placing a stub -out
conduit for a future rain meter, and installing a new irrigation controller inside of a stainless -steel
pedestal and cabinet. The total amount for all labor, material, equipment and all other associated work
is 6,573.56.

By signing this Change Order the Cont ctor confi s that he/she is completely familiar with and has fairly
negotiated its price, terms and conditions. If this gange Order is approved, Contractor will provide all of the
equipment, materials and labor necessary to provide a complete work as described above at that the price
stated herein, Contractor confirms that the price is fair and complete and represents all costs associated with
the work, including but not limited to all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, overhead, fees, bonds,
insurance, profit, etc, and that there will be no further compensation. All of the terms and conditions of the
original contract documents are incorporated herein. The signer for the Contractor confirms that he/she Is
authorized to bind the Contrador to this Change Order.
